Welcome to JD Gross Audio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking, purchasing, or engaging in any project with us.

1. Overview

JD Gross Audio provides professional music production, mixing, and mastering services for artists, churches, and other creative clients across the United States. These Terms govern all services, communication, and agreements between JD Gross Audio (“we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“you,” “your”).

2. Services Provided

We offer customized audio production services including:

  • Music production and arrangement

  • Mixing and mastering

  • Consultation on worship and recording projects

All work is carried out based on the agreed scope, timeline, and budget outlined in your project proposal or invoice.

3. Payments & Billing

  • Payment is accepted via invoice.

  • A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins, depending on the project type.

  • Projects will not commence until payment is received or confirmed.

  • Late or incomplete payments may delay delivery.

4. Refund Policy

  • Because of the creative and time-based nature of audio production work:

  • No refunds are available after a project has started.

  • If a cancellation occurs before work begins, a refund may be issued at JD Gross Audio’s discretion, minus any processing fees.

  • All clients are encouraged to review project details carefully before confirming and making payment.

5. Revisions & Project Delivery

  • Three revisions are included as specified in your individual project agreement.

  • Additional revisions or major changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

  • Final deliverables (e.g., mixes, masters) will be sent digitally upon completion and approval.

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your original compositions, lyrics, and performances.

  • JD Gross Audio retains the rights to any production elements, mixes, or masters until full payment is received.

  • Upon final payment, all deliverables become your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • JD Gross Audio may showcase completed projects in a portfolio or promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely materials (audio files, session notes, feedback, etc.).

  • Communicate promptly regarding feedback, approvals, and changes.

  • Refrain from sharing incomplete works publicly without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

JD Gross Audio will make every effort to deliver high-quality work on time. However, we are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control.

  • Data loss due to client-side storage or file mishandling.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal and project information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
